Concerning dinosaurs he says these exact words in the interview: "I need to know if she really thinks dinosaurs were here 4000 years ago."

Two problems... first off, Matt does not make any claims, but instead says that he needs to know what Palin thinks. Secondly, Matt is correct when he implies that creationists think that dinosaurs were "here 4000 years ago".
