The hand held cameras would have been moved into locations for the entrances of the next match, during the video segment, so at least one would have been assigned to shoot the decent of Owen from the rafters.

The WWE uses two stationary cameras, known as A and B. A and B are always on and always recording.

I attended the event in 1999. My camcorder caught the fall, as I was filming the whole show. I know people all around me were photgraphing the titantron which was showing an interview, and so Owen would have been caught in those photos
