Does orange oil really kill termites?

Fumigation on the other hand should be the past, but it is not. I think people should not try to save money and fumigate. Even though thermigation is a little more time-consuming and one cannot put a tent in 3-5 houses everyday but do only one decent heat job, it should not let people to go for phony treatments and taking meaningless claims which I wonder how people believe.
