i have a 1999 Ford Expedition and i found water on the passenger side also in the front,my son was visiting and he took off the side panel on the right side next to the glove compartment (it snaps on,easy to remove) and found that we have rubber tubing that goes back to the window at the back of the SUV, it was clogged and the line snap off. so every time i see this water(large amount) i do just as he did to correct the problem. I guess dirt gets in the windshield washer fluid.
