I've been having this problem for a long time.

But this time I right-clicked the iTunes Library icon and clicked on properties.

And then I clicked on "Advanced" and under "File attributes", I unclicked the boxes "file is ready for archiving" as well as "allow this file to have contents indexed in addition to file properties".

Now I can access my serveral itunes libraries!
