Here is my experience:

Prior to the transaction I was able to get him on the phone every single time that I called. Once the transaction went through and they received payment, I received an email stating that the package would be sent that afternoon and that it would be shipped overnight. I asked for the tracking number via email and got no response. The next day I called perhaps 5 or 6 times asking for the tracking number and emailed as well. I got no response at all. The package never came and yet my card was charged the full amount. I have asked them to please credit my account or at least respond to explain what might have happened and I have gotten no response. I spent a fair amount of money for the product that I purchased and I am no closer to finding out the truth that I so desperately needed.

This is a dishonest company. They took my money and giving me a hard time refunding me. They are a complete rip off. Please beware and read other reviews before using them. Not good at all.
