THANK YOU!!!
THis worked perfectly. Please, do not pay anyone to do this for you. I followed the directions and had my fence fixed in 20 miniutes. Went to Radio Shack and bought the RF choke and radio.
TIPS-
The RF Choke has a lead on each end to attach to the transmitter just as your wires did previously. Attach one of your wires to each lead.

Also, you can swing the radio back and forth over the wire to get an idea of where your wire is. The pulsing will let you know. The closer the radio is to the wire the more prominent the pulsing. If you want to get real fancy, you could rig it up to a pole/stick if you have a large area to cover. Did not work as well holding it close to your body as mentioned by others.

We had a break in our IF and did the research on the Net, to determine our options.
Bought the RF choke from Radio Shack, like $2.00
Used a wind-up AM radio from the basement
Calibrated the dial to 600ish
Walked the perimeter, about 1,500 feet
Found the dead spot, about ten feet long
Dug in the middle of the dead spot
And, THERE IT WAS!!
Repaired it in 5 minutes, all systems GO.

SWEEEEET! Any idiot can do this.
Thanks for the info!
