How soon will Amoxicillin relieve the pain from infected wisdom teeth?

The amoxicillin will only get rid of the infection that could possibly causing you pain. Every dentist, usually, gives an antibiotic after wisdom teeth removal in order to prevent infection. Sometimes they give some vicodin along with it for the pain.
