- HI THERE.
- IF YOU JUST WANT TO DO A ONE TIME BUSINESS
- ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS GET A PERMIT
- BUT IN MOST CASES -- PEOPLE THAT GETS A PERMIT
- ALREADY HAS A BUSINESS --
- THEY JUST DO ANOTHER SIDE OF BUSINESS THAT REQUIRES PERMIT
- BUT IF YOU ARE STARTING OUT -- AND WOULD LIKE TO DO A PRE TRIAL
- YOU CAN GET A PERMIT -- SUCH AS GARAGE SALE
- FUNDRAISER
- OR ENTERTAINMENT -- YOU WOULD PROBABLY HAVE A LICENSE ON THIS ONE -- BUT JUST NEED A PERMIT
- SUCH AS FOR EXAMPLE YOU ARE PERFORMING A CONCERT
- YOU NEED TO GET A PERMIT -- ESPECIALLY IF YOU NEED TO DO SOME RESTRUCTIONING
- GOOD LUCK

- There is no real stipuation on how to start a business as far as the Federal government gose, the states are the same as far as I know. What I mean by that is as long as you pay taxes on your income no one cares. All that you really have to do is use your SSN as your business number, which by default is what is used unless you apply for a EIN from the Fed. Sell away, when asked for a inforamtion for a 1099 give them your SSN, and file the extra income on your taxes as extra income.
