Is Nose right a scam or does it work?

On the other hand, I sent an email (twice) to the actual company Nose Right more than 1 month ago without any response. Maybe they are a scam...who knows? But I will try to be hopeful as I can never get surgery.

Also, I never find any "realistic" before and after pics of the nose right which really sucks.
