Even the Nature rejoices when evil is punished! These aren't my words, but St. Thomas Aquinas' in the Summa. A young shoplifter should be taken inside the store where he or she stole, stripped naked and spanked with utmost severity, so that they never forget the experience! This is also true of school bullies and the like. I am convinced that human behind was especially designed for spanking, which after all has been going on for thousands of years! Human beings can never be properly civilized lest they fear spankings upon every transgression of parental and societal authority. This is how the human race has been conditioned for millennia!
