- I dont agree loosing weight in a fast way,but anyway loosing weight in a fast way is easy all you have to do is stop all the junk food (chips,cookies,...)eat 1 meal per day at lunch is better, in your meal begin with salad then any other protein like meat or chiken breast or fish, and u can have only 1 fruit as as snack and that it!! u have to drink about 3 liters of water per day but avoid drinking water before going to bed, let the water be in the middle of the day no need to force urself u can drink water in small quantities...its not a race! u can have your coffee in the morning or tea drinking is not forbidden at all but of course avoid alcohool and juices, let the juice be replaced only by one fruit of your choice, wish you luck!
