What uses more electricity - keeping a fridge door open for a while or constantly opening and closing it during this time?

Does this answer take into account any draft that might be created from the opening & closing of a fridge door? It may be negligible but I could imagine that as you open a door, air would rush into the fridge thereby expelling the cold air inside. The more the door is opened the more air is expelled. Obviously keeping the door open for a couple of minutes will expel all the cold air in the fridge anyway, but is there a time where it is better to keep it open?
