The answer given re postal codes was for people sending mail within the country. What I need to know is what do I do when I am asked for postal code when doing online business. I don't know how many times I've been prevented from doing "business~" on the net because I didn't have a postal code for Ireland. I can then proceed not further even though I try various combinations in the postal code box.
