She had shoulder-length dark hair, was probably in her 40's and very perky. She had the line where she pointed with her right thumb saying "this is your computer on dial-up" and the points with her left thumb and says "and this is your computer on HughesNet." She had on a blue button-down blouse and dark jeans. Gorgeous smile.
