Would marijuana smoke either first- or second-hand have any side effects or be dangerous in any way to an Adderall user?

The first time I smoked coming down from adderall, I had taken it earlier in the day and simply noticed a fast pulse, but other than that, I was fine.

Just saying, be careful. As for me, I might get this checked out.

Yes! I was coming down from adderol the other day & smoked pot with a friend from work, Holy Hell....It made me feel more high than I've ever been before, I could'nt form sentences...I was so paranoid I thought the cops were surrounding my house...Everytime I heard a car outside my house I turned my music off and got really quiet becuase I thought it was cops...LOL....All in all, I got stoned out of my mind and probably wont do this again...wasnt too enjoyable for me.
