Every person has freewill and makes his or her own choices in life irrespective of zodiac signs or star constellations. Although there is a possibility of certain stellar influences upon a persons life - the human mind is the greatest and most dominant factor in most, if not all, life experiences surcharged by the agency of Will.
The fact that the question is about 'like' infers that we are already acknowledging the human agency of mind and feeling - which we know to be so varied in expression as to make any definite statement regarding particular like and dislikes in 'making the first move' would be presumptuous as it would to assume all humans are automatons to planetary photons!
