Yes, they do.
This would be a long involved answer, but basically, spirituality in Hinduism begins with belief in reincarnation. Without that, there is no understanding.
Aupmanyav adds: Not necessarily. A person may have a different view. It is not necessary for hindus to follow one dotted line. For example, I am an atheist Hindu. I do not believe in soul, God, or reincarnation. And my belief is just as valid as anybody else's.
