No they do not wear new uniforms for each game. There are two sets of uniforms in each color issued to each player at the beginning of the season. After each game the uniforms are sent to the cleaners. Sometimes they do have to take special care with some of the stains and they often times have to do some mending. They can start to look pretty worn by the end of the season. PS - I work for an NHL team and this is how we do it in our club.
