If the narcissist is getting all the attention he demands from his mate, he may not cheat at all.
New Answer-Yes ,but doesn't need to be with a real woman or in person can also be cyber sex,enticing and when they have conquered they get bored....They like the chase and and to feel they are desired....And doesn't matter if they get all attention or sex or an intelligent rich or beautiful woman they are always checking the other side of the fence ,it is an addiction but they get bored very easily,so the devaluing and dumping cycle goes on and on....Believe me i have been there and still trying to heal from the damage my ex Narcissist caused .....
