In order to worry, one must be subject to time- because worry is related to a potential future event/circumstance. Animals do not worry because they live in the present. Animals can be stressed within a present moment and will respond with the fight or flight response, but they are not capable of contemplating the outcome of a future event to the point of exaggerating the outcome, which then leads to worry.

A dog/puppy's greatest fear is objects falling on them. That is why when you see a book fall off a table, your dog immediately jumps and barks.

Do we worry too much about the welfare of animals. what are your opinions and views on this question. I'm looking for details such as animals being humanised eg dogs being put in prams?

No!! We worry too less about the welfare of animals. As for animals being humanized, I really don't think that's necessary. Besides being time-wasting, it will probably end up hurting the animal, you, or both.
