Bee stings don't nessicarily kill but if your allergic to bee's then you could get sick from it sting. Kiler bees can kill. You can also die from bee stings if you are stung by a large amount.

IN ADDITION:Yes. It kills the bee. This is because a honey bee has a barbed stinger and when it pulls away, it rips out its abdomen and later dies. A wasp has a shiny, smooth stinger and can sting you multiple times and not die from it.

As far as people goes. Yes too, but the odds are slim. If you are allergic to the bee or wasp sting, it can cause an anaphalactic shock. This causes the persons airway to become restricted and makes breathing more and more difficult. You could suffocate, causing death. People who are alergic to bee and wasp stings should get whats called an EPI-pin. Its a single prefilled, spring loaded dose of Epinephrine. You just push it against your skin and it injects you. This can save your life. People who encounter aggressive wasps like hornets and jellow jackets are more likely to get stung multiple times and the more stings received, the greater chance of anaphalaxis.

Yes bee stings hurt pretty bad. I was stung when i was 8 years old. You first feel a tingling sensation wherever the sting is then it starts to throb. It could last one-two days.

Bee stings can bleed a tiny bit, but the main reaction is swelling and discomfort. Try not to scratch or pester the sting because that could lead to infection and quite a bit of bleeding.

Can you give 3 examples of neutralisation in the home?

if you put vinegar on wasp stings it will help because wasp stings have alkali in it and vinegar is a weak acid but bee stings are different they are acidic so if you put toothpaste on it it will help (try not to get bee stings mixed up with wasp stings because it will hurt even more if you put toothpaste on wasp stings or vinegar on bee stings)

Yes

Do black wasp stings affect the same as red wasp stings?

NOT ME! They hurt more!!! It all depends on your individual response to the different venom they inject you with. I've always been more leery of red wasps because it always hurts and swells more than black ones, but that is just me.

What hurt more bee wasp or hornet?

I've been stung by all three and I think the hornet hits the hardest and hurts the worse overall by far. The wasp on the other hand hurts more when it bites than when a bee stings but the pain from the bee last longer. This makes it hard to say which hurts more. I guess it's according to whether you'd want to get the pain over quick and have it hurt more for a minute or have it hurt less while lasting longer. If i were ranking them I'd say the hornet is number one, the bee second and the wasp a close third.

What bug looks like a cranefly but has a dragonfly like tail and bites stings?

An ichneumon wasp. Found out the hard way when one stung me on the face.

Why do use vinegar to treat wasp stings?

It is a fallacy that you can neutralise wasp venom with vinegar. It came from people believing wasp venom was alkaline: in fact it isn't, it is chemically pretty well neutral. Vinegar is known to have some soothing action for certain skin conditions, but I think with wasp stings a lot of it is a placebo effect.
