No, Bees cannot and do not sneeze. In fact no insect can sneeze!

Bees, like all insects, do not have noses with nasal passages, or lungs, like humans do. They do not get clogged air ways or tickles in the noses, that can often cause sneezing. They do not breath through their nose or mouth and do not even smell with a nose!

On a lighter note:

The bees sneeze is well known and often referred to, as in, "He thinks he's the bees sneeze.
