To tell you the truth men don't seem to really notice these things or the fact the girl may have her hair dyed or streaked. They see the whole girl and don't really care if she spends an hour painting her nails and toe nails or streaking her hair. They are simple creatures. LOL Guys are attracted to girls that dress nicely (not necessarily too sexy either) and are well groomed.
