Do energy drinks affect your brain?

Answer:
An energy drink such as Red Bull: not everyone reacts well with them, most kids don't so never give them to under 16yr olds, and some states and countries have banned then due to the levels of caffeine and taurine. They're drunk in vast quantities elsewhere and should ideally be used sparingly and before you fatigue, not once you're fatigued. If you have a pre-existing heart complaint you should avoid Red Bull and the like especially if combined with elevated HR levels such as exercise or trauma.

If you are concerned, clearly this forum is not the place to do your research!
Check out on Google - or similar - caffeine and Taurine and that will assist you.

You'll never get a 1/2 qualified person on these forums so do your research elsewhere for goodness sake!
