I can say from experience that Restore will stop engine oil leaks. Beyond that I have no idea.

NO, they are only a temporary fix.

How do you stop oil leak in engine?
First take off the Carborator. Then for a quick stop problem pour pepper into the oil tank, the pepper will expand and plug the leak. Sounds crazy but it works.
