In my observations, ghosts definitely fart. Usually SBD's. They are very discreet about it.

the physical body is what you use to fart, and why you fart.
its all the gasses building up from the things you ate and drank, and as ghosts don't eat and drink and have no physical body i don't see why they would fart as we do, maybe they have ghostly gasses from ghostly foods, but as ive heard spirits miss milkshakes in particular a lot due to the fact that they cant eat.
but i have never seen a ghost myself and no nothing about them, and maybe the above poster has, but i read about the milkshakes r in a spiritual magazine i read regularly, and it was said by mediums who talk to these spirits
maybe its different for ghosts who still walk the earth than ghosts who are in the spirit world.
