No, The Bible does not support that theory. At Genesis 3:16 it states that God would greatly increase the pain of her pregnancy. There is no mention of period pain. It is reasonable to believe that periods have nothing to do with the imperfection that Adam and Eve passed on to future generations. Periods are a way for the body to internally cleanse itself and prepare for pregnancy.
