Probably. There's not much hyenas don't eat. A single male Spotted Hyena is capable of running down and killing a bull wildebeest. It's conceivable that two or three hyenas could take down a rhino.

Hyenas do not generally hunt or eat adult elephants because elephants are large, powerful, and dangerous when they are angered. Spotted hyaenas will take calf elephants if they can. It is a myth that they are purely scavengers.

Perhaps a lone Hyena would. Hyenas hunt in packs and are more likely to ignore rabbits and take on larger prey such as wildebeest.
