You can buy home emergency kits at Canadian Tire, Walmart, London Drug and Zellers in Canada. Other store that may have them include The Bay, Sears or any other major retailer.
You can actually find a mounting kit at Canadian tire. If you ask for one they can get you one. If not, I think you can get it at Wal-Mart for about 10 bucks.
