yes, they both work as the same. I take either one and they both do the job for me.


It can depend on which "laxative" you are taking though. For instance Movicol and Sodium docusate are both "laxatives", one is a capule and one is a powder that dissolves in water. However they both work in different ways to facilitate bowel movements.
