Do light receptor cells have the same structure as a plant?

The only difference is the cell wall and chloroplasts, and the similarities are everything else.

Chloroplasts contain Chlorophyll which traps light energy.

I assume you really mean, "What structure does a plant cell have that an animal cell does not?"Plant cells have a cell wall. Animal cells do not.
