Quite simply the Answer is NO!. The statement that has been heard many a time saying "new born babies' eyes are the same size as fully grown adults" is actually false. I have researched in to this Myth. The example given below doesn't actually give examples of actual sizes but simply uses reason to explain why people would have thought this to be true as eyes sizes do appear to change due to eye lid dimensions (The eye ball remains the same. What gives o ur eyes that almond shape is how our eye lids are covering some of our eye. people with "bigger eyes" have less of their eye ball covered by eyelids, or the eye brow bone, or by the fat around the eyes).
A medical Journal has something else to say on the matter.
"According to General Ophthalmology (Vaughan, Asbury and Riordan-Eva, Appleton & Lange, Stamford, 1999),
"the size of the eyeball at birth averages 16.5 mm in diameter (front to back measurement).
In adults, the diameter is 24.2 mm." The maximum eye size is reached when a person is 7-8 years old. So, the eye grows 50% in diameter, and to something over double its birth weight (+115%)."
not only do they get Bigger in size by 50% they increase in weight by up to 115%.
I recently believed this to be untrue as i am a usually quite good at precise measurements and after seeing a new born baby's eyes i really found it difficult to find the sizes comparable.
no No, do you know the analogy how people say your head is the right size for your body. well your eyes are the right size for your body. Your eyes , when you are a baby are much smaller. But deference is not very.
Yes, your eyes stay the same as you grow up
No, because your body adjusts to your size and your eyeballs adjust to the size of your body. So the answer would be no.
it's smaller.
No, your eyes do grow. Slightly however. An infant's eyes are about 19mm and will grow to 24-25mm in adulthood. This appearingly slight growth may be cause for many to believe that the same size eyes you're born with are the same size eyes you possess as an adult, however this just isn't the case.
No
If you are referring to the size of various body parts, the answer is the EYES. They remain the same size from birth to death.Hope this helps.
Your two eyes, two ears, and two feet have usually same size and shape.
No. Bones are always changing, but the length usually stays the same all your adult life.
An infant's eyes are between 65 and 75 percent of their adult size.

Eyes
Of course not. Not even in the same person. One of the rules in science is that everything is a different size until you get to molecules and atoms. What you may be looking for is: The only thing humans have as a baby that is the same size as an adult is their eyes. So yes, they are the same size throughout your lifetime.
