I don't believe so. This year I acquired three wild pacific free frogs, and even now in the middle of winter they are very alert and active!

Wood Frogs hibernate in the soil, using root channels and burrows made by other animals.

The red-eyed tree frog does not hibernate. Because it lives in the tropical rainforest, it has no need to hibernate like animals that have to deal with winter.
