No, snakes don't have eyelids, but, they do have moist invisible screens that act as shields. But these 'screens' are not considered eyelids.They are actually called "nicitating membranes", an inner eyelid.

Yes. They have eyelids that are remarkably like ours.

They also have a clear "nictitating membrane" which flicks over the eye periodically to keep it moist and to protect it (the membrane flicks down just as it strikes its prey).

Most reptiles have eyelids and nictitating membranes; however, in snakes and some lizards (especially geckos and skinks), the eyelids are fused and transparent forming the spectacle.

Squirrels do have eyelids. Like most mammals, they have an upper eyelid and a lower eyelid. They do not blink very much because they are watching for danger.
