I don't think so, but it might depend on the species. I have a five-striped skink and it has bitten me, but its teeth are too small for it to hurt. It just feels like a little pinch but doesn't hurt. Anoles, on the other hand, can have painful bites, but it depends on size with them.

SKINK....telegraph crossword?
Skinks are lizards and therefore reptiles.
snakes lizards turtles Lacertids Skink
I think when you asked if lizards "have babies" you may be asking if lizards give birth to live young. Most lizards lay eggs. However there are some lizards such as the blue tongue skink who give birth to live young. Therefore the blue tongue skink "have babies" rather than laying eggs.
just depends were they are and what type of skink it is some can like sea skink, jem skink, and desert skinks but if warm or cold it should change color or shade of the color by Jacob forster
Yes, of course they do. The five lined Skink is just one.
it bites them then kicks them and then kisses them
Some natural predators of the skink are raccoons, foxes and snakes. The skink must avoid many species and hunters which feed on lizards and other small reptiles.
