Yes, any penetration of the vagina can tear or break the hymen, depending on the hymen's shape and thickness. Sometimes strenuous sports can break it. A finger, a tampon, a sex toy, or a penis might break it. However, some hymens are simply too thick to break or substantially stretch without a great deal of effort and pain, in which case you may want to consider a hymenotomy (incision which widens the opening) or a hymenectomy (complete removal of the hymen).
No it's too small. But if you do some hard fiscal activity then yes it's possible.
Yes,it can break your hyman and you will know when it happens many other things can break it aswell.

Generally no. It has an aperture where you can acomodate a tampon without stretching it.
The hymen can be broken by a tampon. It is easily broken and not a great indicator of whether some one is a virgin or not
It is very unlikely that a tampon could do this, but not completely impossible.

No, not necessarily.

The hymen is often nothing more than a narrow crescent shaped piece of tissue located at the back of the vaginal opening, thus can allow items into the vagina without tearing - especially as the hymen is flexible so can stretch to allow things through without tearing. The hymen can be torn from tampon use, but it's not necessarily the case.

No, tampons rarely tear the hymen.

The hymen is tissue that surrounds the vaginal opening, this is normally narrow so doesn't cover much of the vaginal opening so allows more than enough room for a small tampon to pass through without tearing - the hymen is also flexible so can stretch to allow larger things through without tearing.

Some women's hymens remain in tact after using tampons or menstrual cups, sex toys, masturbation, and sex, only tearing when they give birth vaginally.

Although it's possible for tampons to tear the hymen, it is uncommon.

The hymen is tissue that surrounds the vaginal opening, it doesn't cover much of the vaginal opening and is flexible so can stretch to accommodate things larger than tampons. The hymen will typically only tear if penetration is rough or forced - the hymen cannot tear from sports. If the hymen does tear it doesn't matter, it is tissue left over from development in the womb so has no purpose.

Not exactly, no.

The hymen doesn't 'break' - it wears away, stretches or tears partly or fully.

The hymen is tissue surrounding the vaginal opening, in most women it is nothing more than a narrow band of tissue in a crescent shape at the back of their vaginal opening - thus it doesn't cover much of the vaginal opening, so items like tampons, menstrual cups, fingers, or even a penis during sex may enter without the hymen tearing. There is normally enough room for a tampon to pass through without tearing, especially as the hymen is also flexible so can stretch, but it is possible for a tampon to tear the hymen - especially if insertion is forced.

If the hymen covers more of the vaginal opening, if it is fragile, or if force is used then inserting a tampon can cause the hymen to tear.

The hymen cannot 'break' - it can tear as a result of vaginal insertion/penetration but typically only if insertion/penetration is rough or forced. Tampons can tear the hymen but it's uncommon because the hymen normally doesn't cover much of the vaginal opening and the hymen is flexible so will stretch to accommodate insertion/penetration. Tampons and fingers are small enough that they can normally pass through the hymen without the hymen tearing, even larger things like sex toys or penises can pass through the hymen without it being torn.

The hymen cannot break, it can be torn but this will typically only occur as a result of rough or forced penetration. The hymen doesn't cover much of the vaginal opening and it's flexible so it can stretch to accommodate not just tampons but bigger things such as penises and sex toys. Although it's possible for tampon insertion to tear the hymen it's highly unlikely, and doesn't matter either way.

Is there a layer to brake when you use a tampon?

No, there is no layer to break when using tampons. You may be getting confused about the hymen - this is tissue that surrounds the vaginal opening in some girls, however the hymen normally doesn't cover much of the vaginal opening so a tampon can easily pass through it, the hymen is also flexible so can stretch to accommodate larger things. Tampons can tear the hymen, but this is uncommon.

How 2 break the hymen with a tampon?

Your hymen doesn't 'break' - it can wear away, stretch or tear partly or fully. There's no reason to purposefully tear your hymen, this would potentially cause you pain or discomfort and is unnecessary - the hymen doesn't cover much of the vaginal opening and is flexible so can stretch to allow items into the vagina. It's uncommon for tampons to tear the hymen, even after sexual intercourse the hymen can remain in tact.

Can swimming break your hymen?

No, swimming cannot break your hymen - in fact your hymen cannot break at all.The hymen can be torn but only as a result of vaginal penetration - using internal menstrual products like tampons or menstrual cups, vaginal examination such as PAP smears or pelvic examinations, masturbating with toys or fingers, or as a result of penis-to-vaginal sex. The hymen will often only tear if penetration is rough or forced so tearing rather than allowing it to stretch.

Can you break your hymen while putting in a tampon?

Firstly, tampons aren't inserted into the uterus wall. Tampons go in the vagina. I suggest looking at the diagram in the related links section for a better understanding of this. Secondly, yes, a tampon can break the hymen if it is not already broken.

You can't really tell. The hymen can be broken during a girl's life by horseback riding, gymnastics, and using tampons. Some woman are born with no hymen. If you don't lose your hymen before you become sexually active, it will break by being fingered or haveing sexual intercouse.

Can a tampon break your cherry?

You don't have a cherry and nothing breaks - you may have a hymen which is a layer of tissue around the inside of the vaginal opening. As long as you're gentle the hymen doesn't cover much and will stretch so tampon use shouldn't tear the hymen at all. The hymen has nothing to do with virginity - virginity refer to whether or not someone has had sex with someone else, the hymen can be torn long before you have sex or remain in tact long after you have sex.

What are the exercises to break the hymen?

There are no exercises to break the hymen. The hymen cannot be broken but can be torn if penetration is rough or forced, simply exercising is not going to tear the hymen.
