These herbal smoking cessation products work no better than placebo They work for a few people  but not the majority  There are prescription medications  and structured medical  stop smoking  programs that have been shown by studies to be more effective than placebo but do not work for every one Nicotine replacement systems such as gum or patches work better than placebo as well Be very suspect of any program or method that guarantees success There is no such critter This answer from a Physician Assistant and former smoker
