They do, as they drink stuff they need, they must get rid of the old stuff so they are new and the vampire stays healthy.
_______
If they eat food, then yes.
I don't know one that doesn't eat food.
No blood is their source of food, and only blood much like the vampire bat, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vampire_bat
However I'm not sure if they go to the toilet, as I'm sure their digestive system is different.
The bat makes a wound by biting, and then licks the blood. Whereas a vampire bites into a jugular vein, and sucks it out. Another key difference is that Vampires are not a species like the vampire bat is but rather a mutation caused by a virus, which is the best explanation I've been able to find, which also explains why vampires can't have children but are able to infect others with vampirism. I do not think that simply being bitten by one is enough to infect you, but you must drink vampiric tainted blood. Otherwise there would be millions of vampires by now.

No, they don't pee because nothing that is mythical can pee. They do not exist so therefore they can not pee.
I dont think vampires pee :P
vampires do not pee because the blood they take in does not go threw the digestive system it goes first into the veins and slowly wears off over time so that is why they feed so often. their vampire body knows when blood is taken in that it needs to go into the veins. but i guess if they did drink something they would pee but i dont know how that would work >.<
are vampires true are vampires true
Its TO PEE
Some collective nouns for vampires are a vein of vampires or a clot of vampires.

There is no such a thing as vampires... but there is such a thing as vampire bats. And no, vampires do not have the same powers as Twilight vampires do.
no vampires venom is deadly to animals
None, vampires are vampires, not shape-shifters.
No, only vampires can make new vampires
Of course there are vampires in the Philippines, there are vampires almost everywhere.
In stories, vampires were people before they became vampires. In reality, no, nor visa versa. There are some people who pretend to be vampires, but this does not make them vampires.
