Do women have a prostrate?

Answer:
Yes, woman do have a prostate. It is called the Skene's gland. It is a lot smaller than the male version, but does assist the female in the same ways that the male's prostate does. It also secretes PSA, prostate specific antigen. Many researchers are getting away from calling it the "Skene's gland" and refering to it as the female prostate.
