Hi- Poodle dogs don't shed. They are just about hypoallergenic.... Great to have for Folks with Allergies. The only way you will get hair off the poodle is when you are combing / raking them with a deep teeth comb or brush.
Yes, they shed very little but yes they do.
Another answer:
Poodles, regardless of the variety (standard, miniature and toy), shed almost insignificant amounts of dander (giving them the reputation for being "hypoallergenic" - no Dog Breeds truly are, but people who are allergic to dogs can usually tolerate being around poodles) but they do not shed "fur;" in fact, their coats are more like human hair. It grows continuously, and must be groomed regularly or they'll become badly matted.
NO Miniature poodles do NOT shed, I've owner 4. They don't have normal hair, instead of growing to a point and shedding it continues to grow.
They don't shed at all, because both Yorkie and poodle, are hypoallergenic, which means they don't shed
No. Yorkie poos are a mix of Yorkshire terriers and poodles.
no- they weigh around 5 lbs.
Yorkies do not shed so you need to take it to the vet asap
I have one which doesn't shed.
no, cockapoos do not shed, my cockapoo has never shed, and many petstores say that cockapoos do not shed.
Oh yeah they do!! Izzy is the love of my life!! They cuddle all right!~
a party pooper
There is no such thing as a totally non-shedding dog. All dogs shed at least some fur. There are, however dogs that shed very little hair. The Cockapoo is known to shed very little.
Yes, any dog *can* use the invisible fences. However unless used correctly, they can be harmful.
Yorkshire Terriers are small dogs in the Toy Group and rarely grow over 7 lbs.
Yorkies don't shed because they have similar fur to human hair. So you can wash a yorkie as much times as your hair ;)
Not all yorkie poos act nervous. I have one and she is never really nervous. It may just be your dog. If you rescued it from the shelter then it may be from it's past- it could have been abused and is scared of people.
