YES all dogs shed, have to get rid of the dead hair so the new hair can come in. Brush your dog daily.

No, they do not shed and are great for allergy sufferers.

They do shed some, but in reality, I probably shed more than my dog does! If you're Allergies are extremely sensitive, they do make a brush that has little tiny razor-cutters in it that help to remove a lot of the hair that he could possibly shed...it works!!! They have it at Target...it also makes the Yorkies hair SUPER soft!!! It's also great for dogs with a lot of hair during the Florida summers.

Cairn Terriers only moult the slightest bit, but the hair doesn't get onto your clothes or anything like that. Most of the time you don't even notice that they have moulted if they have a little bit.

All breeds of dog drool to some extent, especially after panting, drinking, eating or getting into something nasty. Smaller breeds with less hanging lip skin tend to drool less frequently than say a mastiff.
