It does not matter whether I, the churches, or anyone else agrees with it. The only thing that matters is that SCIENCE certainly seems agrees with it. Cannabis does not cause cancer and a recent study showed no longterm cognitive impairment from it. Sadly the government never seems to agree with science. They agree with whoever pays them the most: big business. The pharmaceutical industry would be ruined if cannabis was acknowledged by the government to be the panacea it is. You can't patent a plant. Cannabis is the most widely applicable of all natural and non-natural medicines, and should be recognized as such by the government.
