Yes, it can happen. Although I dislike the term "soul mates" that's about what it is. If you feel like you've known this person before because you feel so comfortable with them, are extremely attracted to them and you get along well, then good for you! It's very real!

Another story:Don't get good looks confused (physical attractiveness) mixed up with love at first sight. When love is all said and done it's about "staying power", "communication", "loving that person so much it hurts at times", "you are best friends" and "you trust each other."

Another story:I think love at first sight is real, but I also think it has to come from God. Only He can make you really like someone the first time you see them. If you want to know whether is real love or not, here's a few questions you can ask yourself:

1) What really makes you love this person? 2) How would you feel if the person was to die,would you care where they would be spend eternity? 3)Do you think you could live without this person, if something was to happen to them? 4) How does this person make you feel when you are around them? 5) Can you see yourself spending the rest of your life with this person?

Another story:I believe in lust at first sight, a physical and emotional attraction that you have never know, a friendliness like you have known them forever. But real love takes time, it is like a flower, once the seed is planted it needs nourishing and understanding and maybe even a weed plucking here and there, and then one day it blooms into a beautiful flower, and even thought the flowers may fall off the return time after time after time. True Love is a bond that forms over time, the good times and the bad. If you do feel "Lust" at first sight, that is definitly something that should be given the chance to bloom. Another story:Oh Yes definitely love at first sight is real!!! I am a victim for love at first sight... It was March 2010 and me and my dad decided to go to the local Motor sports park, to the drag race as a matter of fact... My dad stayed on the bleachers while I was curious to see the cars so I go to the very beginning of the drag strip where the cars start at... There he was on the track crew, sitting on a bucket( so romantic ) lol and while I got on the silver bar to get a better look at the end of the race, he was staring at me and I looked at him and smiled...It all started then, I couldn't stop thinking about him, he was always on my mind.. The next month I went back with my dad and he again stayed on the bleachers and I walked up to that silver bar and looked forward at the track crew and he WASN'T there! I couldn't believe it... So I prayed to god and I said to him, "Oh god, if he is the one, my soul mate then let me see him tonight if not then he is not then its not meant to be, Oh god, in Jesus name Amen" And right after that I walked back to the lots where they had moving vans and cars and suddenly I realized he was their! Working with the cars in the back..So I walked by and he stopped and was staring at me. I thought in my mind oh thank you God! It is meant to be! He was my love at first sight and my love now... Another story:No, for me I don't think so. But, once again, it's just my opinion. Another story:I think it may be real for some people, but for others not. For me, I do believe in it. Let me give you an example. It was summer school. There was a sophomore-to-be-junior in my class and I was a freshmen-to-be-sophomore. He sat two seats behind me, and he was really annoying. He talked 24/7, always being sent out of class for excessive talking. I don't even know why I liked him. He was just so cute! During the school year, I kept seeing him and couldn't get him off of my mind. I like him, but I don't know if he likes me. But I will always have him in the back of my mind. Another story:i so believe it, it was in school 2009 everybody was switching classes so i found my homeroom and i took my seat and waited for everyone to come in, just as everybody coming in took there seats i saw her, at first i thought hey this chick is HOT!!!, the next day some girls came to my seat and wanted to braid my hair so i said yeah, as i looked back there she was braiding my hair she smelled like roses and grapes which smelled wonderful. the next few weeks i started to see signs of my love for her, back then i just thought it was a coincidence, the first sign was my friends mom ask me if i had a girlfriend so i said no than she ask what do i think of the girl i was thinking about so i thought that's wierd. the next week at school was the second sign, she came up to my seat and asked me if i was shy, and i said no which was a big lie that i regret telling her. the next three weeks of school were a breeze. the week after was the FINAL sign, we were in math class the teacher told us to turn to a page, so all of a sudden she turned to me and asked me what page are we on ? so i looked at her and said page..... that's when she stole my heart, her eyes were the size of the moon i was so nervous that my hands got sweaty, so i nervously told her the page after that i started to wonder if it was just her looks or something else. I soon realized I couldn't stop thinking about her. the next 3 months intil June she came up to me for the last time and yet again asked me if i was shy, I WAS SO NERVOUS THAT I SAID NO AGAIN WHICH WAS A LIE!!! next year of school I waited to see her face again but i didn't see her so i asked if she was coming to this school this year they told me no,i was so sad. when i got home i was so depressed........ and also i never saw her again. so that's my story Another story:Well, there's only two times I've fallen in love. I'm 14, I guess you could say I'm lucky, or you could say I'm young and stupid, but let me tell you my story before you judge:

Okay, so it was about 2 years ago, I was 11 just about to turn 12 when my mom took me to spend the day with her ex-boss and her 2 sons (whom I've met when I was very little) . when we walked in the house, my mom, her ex-boss, and her oldest son, Devin went in to the kitchen (it was an estate so it was HUGE) and I stood in the front room, very patiently. When all of a sudden, I see a cat walk by. Instinctively, I reach out to touch it, and I hear a loud yell from the top of the stairs "DON'T! She might bite you!" so I draw my hand back, and the cat lashes out at me, scratching my hand. I turn around really fast, because I heard footsteps running towards me coming down the stairs. I look up and I see him. And I swear to God, at that moment, things went all slo-mo on me. He was blonde, with green eyes. I stood gaping at him for a good 30 seconds, and he says "omigosh, are you okay?! I'm really sorry!" And at that moment, I fell in love.

My second story is on a Friday night this year, I was hanging out at the church thing with my best friend. And she wants to go talk to these random boys in front of a church, all by herself. I said "whatever" and she went, but then I got lonely, and I walked over there... They were laughing profusely and my friend says "OH! This is my shy friend, Kailey!" and all of a sudden, one of the guys looks down at me (I'm short, we're the same age, but he's tall. ) and puts out his hand and says "Pleased to meet you, I'm Dylan." And I looked up and him and fell completely in love. He wasn't attractive, at all, and my other friends made fun of me, but still.

God, I miss that feeling, of stupid carelessness, and terror, and nervousness, and pure adoration, and love. I truly do...

Another story:It happened to me when I first me the woman who later was to become my second wife. That was over 20 years ago. Another story:It is possible true love at fist sight it happened with my boyfriend and it was like he was made for me. we started as friends meeting at a pub and shortly after we met he told me he is in love with me and we took it from there he is wonderful and so gorgeous one of the best things that have happened to me in my life.

i believe its possible i'm 17 and i'm in high school i was hanging out with my friend and he brought his step-brother when i first seen him its like i couldn't take my eyes off him, i wanted to be right next to him. i never believed in it before but its like he took my breath away, i started talking to him but realized he mainly spoke spanish and knew very little english but still it was love at first sight, we talk and hang out were not together but were taking it slow, i never felt this way before because i only see him i dont notice other guys only him and hes always in my head. its not lust its love.

Yes, You can. Most especially if that person is your soulmate. When you see your soulmate, a natural feeling comes to you and tells you so. But make sure it is not lust, else the relationship would crash after a while.
