Yes, actually you do I just recently lost my baby but I did cramp the whole first 3 months until now... and the bloating is because your constipated ,but everyone is different, and if your periods are normally heavy you might cramp until your body gets used to the changes. It's not normal to feel kicking inside your stomach unless yo have a child inside. I suggest you go see a doctor right away!
