You might have to hit the internet for that one. Maybe ask at a GM Service center. I know they keep diagrams on their computers but I don't know if they go that far back.

It's to the left of the steering column, behind the dashboard. It's a real pain to get at.
A wiring diagram will make sure that everything is connected correctly. The wiring diagram for a 1992 Buick Skylark can be found in either of its manuals.
My 1998 Skylark has a switch on the bottom of the steering column I need to push in order to get the keys out of the ignition...
It is just under the steering wheel. In a box labeled, "fuses". A diagram for what each fuse i for can be found in the owners manuel.

The steering column in a Buick Century covers the steering shaft and houses the turn signal switch. Some Century cars have a tilt column as well.
