First, contact the stove manufacturer. If they do not have a manual available, they will refer you to a website where you may download the manual. If this is not successful, you should advertise in newspapers under the wanted section.
Check the manual that came with the stove. The elements lift and slide out in the same motion in a direction 180 degrees from where the wires are connect to the element.
It really depends if your particular Kitchenaid stove has this feature; not all do. Refer to your model's use and care manual to determine if it has the delay feature.

Kalamazoo Stove Company stopped manufacturing stoves in 1952. The best place to look for a manual would be on an internet auction site or possibly a book dealer that deals in older books.

call the company Added: 12/30/2009--- Do not know if MSR still has manuals for this stove or not, however I still have an original 12 page instruction booklet for the Model G stove, also covers the Model GK. If you cannot obtain a manual from MSR, I can make an electronic version available. It is not copyrighted to the best of my knowledge, and I do not wish compensation for it.
yes
It depends on the stove. If you can find the manual, or look up the AMPs it uses. Should be around 50. Multiply 120V if you live in the US. By the number of Amps. That will give you the total amount of watts.
A stove. Hopefully, a gimballed stove!
Depends on the stove, but usually not
