Do you have to have an Associate Degree to get a Bachelor Degree or can you go straight to a 4 year program and get your Bachelor's? |

Answer
You can go straight to a 4 year program and get your Bachelor's. However, some people like to start with the Associate's degree so they can get a job in their field while attending the additional 2 years in school. Another advantage to getting the Associate Degree first, some companies will help pay for furthering your education if the BA can benefit them. Generally, they will require you to work for them a stated amount of time in exchange for helping with your expenses. The same holds true for those who work and continue on for a Master's degree.
