Its good to do some thing professionally. one can make it but its difficult. you can simply contact a lawyer in your area its best to have a lawyer but if one party won`t sign,in some states you put an ad in the newspaper and if no one answers in four weeks the Judge will sign the papers and your divorce will be final,check with your local court house.
