Texas has a form you must fill out for the tax and stuff to be left out of the end amount. Find it on the DOTx web page.. the dealership should have it there though.
In Minneapolis, Minnesota there is a 0.5% sales tax. But there is NO sales tax in Delawarehttp://revenue.delaware.gov/services/Business_Tax/Step4.shtml
If sales tax was paid in Alaska, you won't pay it again in Texas. But you will have to pay "registration fees" in the new state, & good luck getting that partial refund from the state you are...
